Located in Benfleet Essex and in close proximity to Southend, Leigh-on-Sea, Hadleigh, Rayleigh, Canvey, Pitsea and Basildon, this is an ideal space for bands requiring a facility to rehearse, for singers and solo musicians that are looking for a comfortable facility in which to practice and for those that are able to teach a musical instrument and require a professional facility from which to deliver their lessons.

In addition to this, the facility is also ideal for photo and video shoots, for streaming live performances online, and for recording your podcasts. etc
